近日，貴州大學(xué)代表團(tuán)深度訪(fǎng)問(wèn)了斯里蘭卡國(guó)防大學(xué)、斯里賈亞瓦德納普拉大學(xué)、凱拉尼亞大學(xué)和甘帕哈·威克拉馬拉奇?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)醫(yī)藥大學(xué)四所特色高校，圍繞學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、科研合作、文化交流等議題展開(kāi)深度洽談，深耕“一帶一路”科技合作沃土，為中斯高等教育合作注入新的活力與動(dòng)能。

Recently, a delegation from Guizhou University conducted an in-depth visit to four distinguished universities in Sri Lanka: the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, the University of Kelaniya, and the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine. The delegation held extensive discussions focusing on disciplinary development, talent cultivation, scientific research collaboration, and cultural exchange. These efforts are aimed at cultivating the fertile ground for scientific and technological cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, thereby injecting fresh vitality into China-Sri Lanka higher education collaboration.

據(jù)悉，代表團(tuán)由中國(guó)—斯里蘭卡茶葉綠色防控技術(shù)“一帶一路”聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室中方主任，貴州大學(xué)郝格非教授率領(lǐng)，旨在聚焦實(shí)質(zhì)性合作，為把聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室打造成為輻射多領(lǐng)域、多學(xué)科的綜合性國(guó)際合作平臺(tái)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

The delegation was led by Professor Hao Gefei, the Chinese Director of the China-Sri Lanka Joint Laboratory for Green Pest Control Technology under the Belt and Road Initiative. The visit sought to foster substantive cooperation and contribute to transforming the joint laboratory into a comprehensive international platform spanning multiple fields and disciplines.

在與斯里蘭卡國(guó)防大學(xué)和斯里賈亞瓦德納普拉大學(xué)的座談中，兩校對(duì)聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室的發(fā)展成就給予高度評(píng)價(jià)，均表達(dá)了加入平臺(tái)、參與多邊合作的強(qiáng)烈意愿。

During meetings with the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, both institutions spoke highly of the joint laboratory's achievements and expressed strong interest in joining the platform and engaging in multilateral cooperation.

郝格非表示，下一步，實(shí)驗(yàn)室將從邀請(qǐng)更多斯里蘭卡高校和科研機(jī)構(gòu)加盟聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)與教師互訪(fǎng)研修，聯(lián)合舉辦高水平國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，共同申報(bào)國(guó)際項(xiàng)目、聯(lián)合攻關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)等四個(gè)方面入手，讓雙方真正實(shí)現(xiàn)“雙向奔赴”的深度合作。

Professor Hao Gefei outlined the laboratory's next steps, which include inviting more Sri Lankan universities and research institutions to join, enhancing student exchange and faculty visits, co-hosting high-level international academic conferences, and jointly applying for international projects to tackle key technological challenges. These measures are designed to foster truly reciprocal and in-depth collaboration.

聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室不僅需要科學(xué)家，更需要懂語(yǔ)言、通文化、有情懷的青年使者。隨后，代表團(tuán)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)了凱拉尼亞大學(xué)，走進(jìn)了該校僧伽羅語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)的留學(xué)生課堂，并專(zhuān)程拜訪(fǎng)了設(shè)立于此的斯里蘭卡首家孔子學(xué)院。

The delegation also visited the University of Kelaniya, where they attended a class for international students majoring in Sinhala and met with representatives from the university's Confucius Institute, the first of its kind in Sri Lanka.

凱拉尼亞大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院中方院長(zhǎng)吳洪遠(yuǎn)對(duì)代表團(tuán)的到訪(fǎng)給予高度評(píng)價(jià)，認(rèn)為這種將科技合作與人文交流相結(jié)合的創(chuàng)新模式，為孔子學(xué)院建設(shè)開(kāi)辟了新思路。

The Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute in the University of Kelaniya, Wu Hongyuan, commended the visit, noting that integrating scientific cooperation with cultural exchange offers innovative approaches to the institute's development.

最后一站，代表團(tuán)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)了甘帕哈·威克拉馬拉奇?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)醫(yī)藥大學(xué)。該校是斯里蘭卡傳統(tǒng)阿育吠陀醫(yī)學(xué)教育與研究的最高學(xué)府，在南亞乃至世界傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域享有盛譽(yù)。

The final stop was the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, a leading institution in Ayurveda education and research in Sri Lanka, renowned throughout South Asia and globally in the field of traditional medicine. 

雙方一致認(rèn)為，在天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)、植物功能性成分研究、傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)現(xiàn)代化等領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的合作前景，并約定將進(jìn)一步細(xì)化合作方案，探索建立“中斯藥用植物與功能性成分聯(lián)合研究中心”，爭(zhēng)取在2026年內(nèi)達(dá)成正式合作協(xié)議。

Both sides identified significant potential for collaboration in natural product chemistry, functional plant components, and the modernization of traditional knowledge. They agreed to refine cooperation plans and explore establishing a "China-Sri Lanka Joint Research Center for Medicinal Plants and Functional Components", with the goal of formalizing an agreement by 2026.

值得一提的是，代表團(tuán)此前參加了第六屆國(guó)際綠色植保技術(shù)創(chuàng)新會(huì)議。該會(huì)議于1月19日在斯里蘭卡班達(dá)拉奈克國(guó)際會(huì)議大廈舉行，由貴州大學(xué)、斯里蘭卡佩拉德尼亞大學(xué)主辦，共有來(lái)自全球15個(gè)國(guó)家90余個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的科學(xué)家出席，其中，來(lái)自中國(guó)和斯里蘭卡70多家高校和研究所的700余名科研人員參與了此次大會(huì)，是中斯科技合作史上最大規(guī)模的學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議。

Prior to these visits, the delegation participated in the Green Plant Protection Innovation China-Sri Lanka, held on January 19 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in Sri Lanka. Co-hosted by Guizhou University and the University of Peradeniya, the conference brought together scientists from over 90 institutions across 15 countries. With more than 700 researchers from over 70 Chinese and Sri Lankan universities and research institutes in attendance, it stood as the largest academic gathering in the history of Sino-Sri Lankan scientific cooperation.
